What are the Bill Souq mobile plans and prices?
Bill Souq mobile has three plans: Basic (free) for billing and print, Standard at ₹1,000 per year for GST reports, purchases, and day book, and Pro at ₹3,000 per year for POS, full analytics, van sales, and Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT).
Is Bill Souq billing software free?
Yes. The mobile Basic plan is free for creating GST invoices, managing products, and thermal or Bluetooth printing. Desktop requires a paid setup for Offline Desktop or Bill Souq Online — there is no separate free Windows license.
How much does Bill Souq cost per year in India?
Mobile Standard is ₹1,000/year and Pro is ₹3,000/year. Offline Desktop renewal is ₹1,500/year after a one-time ₹7,000 setup. Bill Souq Online renewal is ₹3,000/year after a one-time ₹10,000 setup (₹12,000 list price).
What is the difference between Offline Desktop and Bill Souq Online?
Offline Desktop is the full Windows billing app without cloud sync, multiple users, or the Android app. Bill Souq Online adds cloud backup, team roles, mobile ↔ desktop sync, and mobile Pro features such as KOT and van sales on both phone and PC.
Is setup fee separate from yearly renewal on desktop?
Yes. Desktop setup is a one-time charge at onboarding (₹7,000 for Offline Desktop, ₹10,000 for Bill Souq Online). Yearly renewal is billed separately for your license, software updates, and WhatsApp support.
What is included in Bill Souq mobile Basic (free)?
Basic includes invoice creation, product and party management, GST-ready billing, and thermal or Bluetooth printing. Sales reports, purchase tools, POS, KOT, and advanced analytics require Standard or Pro.
