Does Bill Souq work without internet?
Yes. Desktop billing, stock updates, and printing work offline. When connectivity returns, data syncs to cloud backup automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Basic billing and printing are free forever on desktop and mobile. Premium desktop features include multi-user sync, advanced reports, and extended modules — with a trial available.
Can I use the same data on phone and PC?
Yes. Bill Souq keeps parties, stock, and invoices aligned across Windows desktop and the Android app when sync is enabled.
Which printers are supported?
Thermal printers (58mm/80mm) with ESC/POS, plus A4/A5 laser printers for formal invoices. Barcode scanners via USB or Bluetooth.
Do you help with installation?
Yes. We offer WhatsApp support, remote installation, and onboarding — especially for businesses in Kerala and across India.
